INTEGRATION ENGINEER

This is a remote position.

The Integration Development Engineer position is an advanced-level technical position in Information Management requiring a broad knowledge and expertise in the areas of systems planning, project management, database administration, system/data structures, system administration, system interfacing, system data conversions, system/data security, information quality, application software and clinical and business administration.

The position will have matrixed reporting to and work actively with other IT work teams or projects.

Work situations are a combination of complex technical, clinical, financial, and administrative responsibilities and require critical thinking, planning, independent decision making, problem-solving, leadership, systems analysis, technical documentation, customer service skills, project management, organization, negotiation, staff mentoring and development skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements


5-7 years of experience with interface engines (Cloverleaf and Epic Bridges). Previous experience with integrated business and clinical systems such as Epic or Lawson. Previous installation experience with healthcare systems, databases and interfaces in hospitals and/or clinic settings. Json, API, .NET experience is highly recommended.

QA AUTOMATION MANAGER

Position Available

This is a remote position.


Define strategic direction for the automation team leveraging industry and market trends (e.g., services strategy, marketing strategy, delivery capability, etc.).

Own and monitor the financial health of the team, as applicable.

Build a strong team of staff across the organization.

Expand the current automation capabilities outside of RPA to include BPMS, AI, ML, NLP, Test Automation, Document Understanding, et al. Identify and manage automation solution provider partnerships (technology and services as needed to support business development and delivery).

Personnel Management & Development ·        

Mentor, develop, and inspire Process Automation team members.  ·         Facilitate goal setting, performance, annual review, and check-in activities with team members. ·        

Oversee recruiting, staffing, and retention activities for Automation team.   

Thought Leadership / Vendor Management   ·        

Develop and lead a solution provider strategy with automation vendors. ·        

Lead business engagement meetings and presentations to drive automation opportunities. ·        

Serve as an established subject matter expert and thought leader to help drive adoption and evangelization of process automation throughout the organization.   ·        

Develop and execute a process automation marketing plan internally to evangelize the benefits of process automation.   ·        

Contribute to and manage overall governance and best practices around a Center of Excellence and assist in developing standards development, testing, and deployment methodologies. ·        

Keep abreast of the automation marketplace, trends, and enabling technologies to be able to extend automation capabilities, building a scalable program and automation.

  Engagement & Delivery   ·        

Ensure oversight and successful delivery across projects, and programs leveraging Process Automation capability, including functioning in an oversight, delivery and/or subject matter expert (SME) role when necessary. ·        

Equip and educate teams on client delivery best practices, methodologies, and tools inclusive of collaborative touchpoints. ·        

Foster and maintain strong relationships with the client’s team members and Client personnel to foster collaboration and ensure successful delivery of expected outcomes. ·        

Develop and build executive-level presentations and deliverables and meet with clients to present outcomes and recommendations, as necessary. ·Work with developers to ensure that designed solutions are scalable and that any security and/or regulation requirements are addressed. Ensure best practices are being followed by developers including but not limited to; coding, naming conventions, testing practices, design, bot performance, and quality.

Work with business customers and developers to provide project estimates per automation and subsequently, to manage the project through implementation, ensuring timelines and targets are met.

Employ Agile development principles including daily stand-up with developers and customers, as required.

Drive the creation of a governance framework for the end-to-end RPA implementation and ongoing support and maintenance. This governance framework should include the engagement model, process documentation, standards, release management, roles and responsibilities, and a mechanism for continuous improvement.


Job Requirements


You should have a broad knowledge of, and a passion for Automation capabilities, methodologies, tools, and delivery and development best practices.

Specific knowledge (technical and business) of tools UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and the general Business Process Management (BPM) / Workflow Automation industry are desired, with additional knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data & Analytics, Document / Form Recognition, and other Intelligent Automation (IA) capabilities and tools preferred. Automation context is critical.

You should have the ability to assist colleagues to contextualize the application of automation against competing and/or complementary organizational strategies and priorities. In addition, you will need the ability to collaborate with team members and business partners to match automation technologies with use-cases to ultimately create business cases with clear business benefits.

SENIOR DATA SCIENTIST

  • We are looking for a Sr. Data Scientist that can share the “Data” story by working with our business teams, executive leadership committee and describe that story in a human element that people can understand.

  • You will measure the quality and impact of current and future features, build end-to-end analysis workflows, turn ad-hoc insights into data products, and directly bring value to customers through your analyses.


Data Scientist (day-to-day):
        

  • Partner with colleagues across our organization to translate business questions into analyses, and analyses into operational, product, and customer impact.

  • Use SQL and Python to get to the heart of questions, and learning new tools and skills as needed.

  • Create and maintain self-service analytics/business intelligence solutions and the data sources and pipelines that back them (using tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, Hubspot, AWS, etc).

  • Develop product instrumentation, metrics and experimentation capabilities.

  • Communicate analytical results and progress to colleagues across the Organization.

  • Evaluate our data sources received from Marketing and data coming into our business products.



Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Python and SQL (also prefer Tableau)

  • Statistics

  • Data story

  • Analytics – Provide insights on user information, building instrumentation to the product with the event stream.

  • Statistical analysis and modeling.

  • AWS and familiarity with ETL processes.

  • 2+ years experience creating precise, interpretable, inventive, and repeatable analyses strongly guided by business context.

  • Enjoyment discovering the narrative in a data set using scripting, statistical inference, modeling/machine learning and visualization.

  • Ability to approach analysis as iterative, hypothesis-driven, and guided by a desire to discover and learn.

  • Experience creating durable analytics data products that synthesize data from various sources and serve end users in nontechnical roles.

  • Curiosity and initiative to dive in, ask questions and figure things out.
